True Color ID ("we", "our", "us") operates the True Color ID mobile application and website (truecolorid.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Purpose: Used only for real-time color detection and identification.
Storage: No images or camera data are stored, uploaded, or transmitted. All processing happens locally on your device.
Processor: Premium purchases are processed securely through PayPal (web) or Google Play (Android app).
Storage: We do not store credit card information. Payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal/Google Play according to their privacy policies.
Storage: Your Premium subscription status is stored locally on your device only.
Access: We cannot access this information remotely.
Color Detection: All color processing happens on your device in real-time. Nothing is sent to our servers.
Premium Features: Color history and saved palettes are stored locally on your device only.
Payment Processing: Handled by PayPal or Google Play - we only receive confirmation of successful payment.
Local Storage Only: All app data (color history, saved palettes, premium status) is stored locally on your device using browser local storage or device storage.
No Cloud Backup: Your data is not backed up to our servers. If you uninstall the app or clear browser data, your saved information will be lost.
